Our olive trees are cultivated in the traditional way, respecting the plants and the environment without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The exposure of our land to the southwest, very sunny and at the right altitude, offers an optimal microclimate for the best growth and fertility conditions for the trees, which is reflected in the high quality of the fruits from which we obtain an Excellent oil. Our high-quality extra virgin olive oil is obtained from native varieties of Calabria, north of the province of Cosenza in the Ionian hills of Santa Sofia d'Epiro - Italy
